Two Lakes Edge opened in 2021 as Howard Hughes' second move at Hughes Landing — a thirteen-story tower built directly across from its older sister, One Lakes Edge. The newer construction shows: deeper kitchen islands, taller ceilings on the upper floors, and a rooftop deck on the 13th floor with a 270-degree view that takes in Lake Woodlands, the Pavilion, and the Town Center skyline. Studios start in the low $2,000s and the penthouses on the top two floors push past $7,000 a month. The building was designed for the post-COVID work-from-home tenant — every unit has a built-in workspace nook, and the resident lounge includes private conference rooms reservable by the hour. Two Lakes Edge and One Lakes Edge share an operator and overlapping amenity access, which means a tenant in either can use the pool and gym at both.
