Willis is the small town immediately north of The Woodlands and east of Lake Conroe. It is best known as the home of The Woodlands Hills — the Howard Hughes sister-community to The Woodlands proper. Willis ISD anchors the schools and the local Walmart / HEB ecosystem keeps things practical without driving to Conroe.
We work Willis primarily through Woodlands Hills inventory, but we also represent buyers and sellers in older Willis subdivisions and lake-adjacent properties along FM 1097. The price points are notably lower than The Woodlands while keeping reasonable access to medical care and shopping.
