Tomball sits just south of The Woodlands along SH 249, with a walkable historic downtown that gives it real character. The school district is one of the strongest in the region (Tomball ISD is consistently TEA-rated A), which is the main reason buyers cross over from Houston: it is one of the few inside-the-Beltway-adjacent areas where families can get top-tier public schools without paying Memorial or West University prices.

Creekside Park in The Woodlands is also Tomball ISD — the two markets bleed together at the southwest edge of The Woodlands, which we know well.
